Un-Managed IT Services
For business that don't want or need a monthly subscription service, MIS-ter still offers traditional, pay-as-you-go, hourly support services. We still encourage doing a thorough cost-comparison between our Managed and Un-Managed services, but we still offer the same excellent service no matter the style you choose.
Our non-managed IT services provide onsite and remote support on a per hour basis at the current standard hourly rate for that service1. In contrast to our managed services2, we provide a 48-hour response and only a 30-day warranty.
