Un-Managed IT Services
For business that don't want or need a monthly subscription service, MIS-ter offers traditional, pay-as-you-go, hourly support services. We encourage a thorough comparison between Managed and Un-Managed services, but we offer the same excellent service no matter which type you choose.
Our non-managed IT services provide onsite and remote support on a per hour basis at the current standard hourly rate for that service1. In contrast to our managed services2, we provide a 48-hour response and only a 30-day warranty.
