Our flagship fixed-cost IT support services are provided via monthly subscription and provide the most comprehensive support and services that we offer.  

 

Managed IT Services are our concierge-style IT support services designed for businesses that prefer a fixed monthly cost and our highest level of service.

Monthly onsite and remote support is combined with other IT services into packages geared specifically toward small and mid-sized businesses to provide them with a level of IT support that's usually reserved for larger companies. 

These support services combine typical IT services into bundles that include a wide range of options at reduced rates with benefits that are only available through a Managed Services plan.

MANAGED VS. UN-MANAGED

Managed and Un-Managed services have their own pros and cons.   For instance, while Managed Services may require a monthly commitment, it also includes scheduled service, can help cut IT costs and improve stability in exchange for that commitment.  Compare them to Un-Managed Services that are billed per hour and require no additional commitment.

Affordable Managed Services

For businesses that can’t afford regular onsite managed support but need regular computer and network maintenance, MIS-ter offers Remote Managed Services.  These are less costly monthly services that can be used for any work performed from our offices with similar options and benefits that we offer through our Onsite Managed Services.  Our Remote Managed Services can be used for computer, servers, websites and other hosts for such things as maintenance, emergency repair, backing up data and more.  Our remote packages also include reduced rates and the monthly remote service can be converted into onsite service1 at specific intervals.
